Between August 25 and September 1, in Eforie Nord, the summer training course was held for athletes from the “Nicu Dascalu” Martial Arts Academy, during which the exam for obtaining the shodan degree (1 DAN) was organized – black belt in Ashihara Karate.
I successfully passed this matriculation exam in Martial Arts. This success is the result of 12 years of experience in the practice of Martial Arts, with exceptional results both nationally and internationally. The examination consisted of several tests that tested my level of physical and mental preparation, taking place in several stages. In the first of them and the one with the greatest emotions, I led a training session in which the athletes from the Academy participated. The tests that verified my mastery of the basic and advanced techniques followed, tests of strength, culminating in 21 fights of 1 minute each with different opponents that put my physical and mental endurance to the test. For the sparring session, senior athletes, world and national champions were invited who gave meaning to the saying “When you can’t do it anymore, you can do it a little more!”
